Personal data that you enter will be processed by Continental Reifen Deutschland GmbH for the purpose stated below. |In order to neutralize Continental´s CO2 backpack , we process the personal data you provided to us during registration for campaign participation by uploading an invoice for the purchase of tyres from the Continental Group. This may include your name, customer number, contact details and other personal data related to your purchase of tyres. In order to validate your eligibility for participation in the campaign and for eventual requests, we process your personal data, such as tire size, marketing line, and information on the number of tyres purchased, the brand of your vehicle and the vehicle model. On 31.12. of the campaign-year, we will validate the eligibility for the campaign participation, we will then store the original invoices for additional two months for eventual requests and will delete your personal data afterwards||Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) EU GDPR (consent)||Your data will be processed with your consent until revocation, otherwise deleted after final processing of your request, provided that there are no legal storage obligations to the contrary.
